THE FIVE PILLARS

Preparation progresses through clear stages - establishing control first, then capacity, then performance.

The pillars describe how preparation is organised and progressed over time.

  • Breath

  • Flow

HOW ELEVARLIFE WORKS

Elevarlife follows a clear, structured approach to performance training, refined through practical, real-world application.

The aim is preparation — developing the physical, behavioural and nervous system capacity required for consistent performance.

This approach may draw on:

  • physical preparation and strength

  • mental skills and pressure management

  • nervous system regulation and recovery

Training is guided by assessment, goals, and appropriateness.

INDIVIDUALISATION

Strength & Conditioning programming is fully individualised, based on needs analysis, training history, injury profile, performance demands and is evidence based and grounded in exercise & sports science.

Other training elements are applied progressively within a consistent approach — supporting performance, wellbeing, and longevity without unnecessary complexity.

PERFORMANCE BEYOND SPORT

The same demands that exist in sport also exist in work and life - pressure, responsibility, time constraints, and consequences.

The training prepares people to stay effective in those situations.

So performance is trained as:

  • preparation before pressure

  • clarity under time and consequence

  • building greater calm, clarity, and effectiveness as pressure increases

  • making sound decisions when variables are stacked

  • recovering well enough to perform again

For many clients, these demands exist in work and life just as much as in sport.

WHAT WE DO

Elevarlife delivers performance training that supports health, wellbeing, and capability.

This includes:

  • preparing mind and body for training and life demands

  • building strength, robustness, and work capacity

  • developing mental skills and composure under pressure

  • managing stress and nervous system load

  • supporting recovery, maintenance, and long-term wellbeing

WHO WE WORK WITH

Elevarlife works with people operating in environments where demands are real and outcomes matter.

  • people responsible for outcomes

  • people returning from inconsistency or interruption

  • people wanting long term capability rather than short term fitness

  • beginners through to high performers

This includes people managing work, family, training, or injury who want to stay capable over time.

Clients may come from sport, business, high-responsibility professions, or everyday life.

Some are highly trained.
Some are at the beginning.

Working with Teams

The same preparation can be applied in group environments where coordination and decisions matter.

Sessions may be structured conversations, practical sessions, or ongoing involvement depending on what’s needed.

Each situation is approached individually.

Mentoring

Some situations require preparation outside training.

Sometimes people need perspective, structure, or a way to think clearly about what they are facing.

Mentoring provides that outside the gym - in sport, work & life.

Our Services

Investment

Elevarlife operates as an ongoing preparation and performance support service rather than a fixed session booking.

Clients typically train in person regularly, however the structure is not built around a set number of weekly sessions. Support also includes planning, load management and guidance between visits to maintain progress and avoid setbacks.

Typical weekly investment ranges between $220 and $520 + GST, depending on level of involvement.

We begin with a consultation to determine suitability.

Ongoing placements operate on weekly direct debit following consultation and acceptance.

Athletes progressing from the development pathway, or entering higher consequence environments, move into this structure when preparation becomes performance-critical.

Development Pathway (Junior & Emerging Athletes)

Athletes who are still learning to manage training, growth and exposure are placed into a development supervision structure rather than the full preparation environment.

Placement is determined by development stage and consequence level — not age.

Initial Development Phase

All junior athletes begin with a short introductory phase used to understand movement, behaviour and readiness for ongoing supervision.

6 sessions — $480 + GST

This phase determines whether continued placement is appropriate and what level of guidance is required.
Not all athletes continue beyond this stage.

Ongoing Supervision

Athletes requiring continued guidance move into ongoing supervision. Contact is scheduled as needed rather than weekly, allowing support to increase or reduce depending on progression and risk.

The focus shifts from instruction to managing progression, exposure and readiness.

This may include:

  • technique refinement

  • training direction

  • load monitoring during growth

  • preparation for competition or heavy conditions

  • parent communication when relevant

Typical weekly supervision range: $80–$120 + GST

Continued placement is reviewed periodically and positions are limited.
